Today, I have finished the formal outline of the Marketing plan for the Overview Video, however, I still have to work on some additional Appendency elements, such as:

The Final Quality Overview Testing Results

I intend to work on these over the next two days to put the Markting Plan to bed so I can finish the revamp of the Overvideo Project Plan since many new monitoring and control documents needed to be implemented into this project due to baseline revisions, scope changes and closeout protocal for the project.

Today, I organized my PM II folder for my final assignments and presentation. These are going to help me since it is really also part of my whole project plan for the project. It is also getting me to produce closeout and deliverable acceptance for final signoff. I will be buried with the PM side of my project for at lease a few more days. However, I hope to get some more work on the marketing plan done…the sample of work is below…felling lots of stress, confirmed for capstone defense on 04/10/10 at 4pm….

Notes from Today Tuesday, March 22nd, 2010Finished the veterans quality testing today. I also put together elements of my final project plan in WordPress. It required getting a lot of extra monitor and control and closeout documents. Need more time finishing this outline tomorrow. I also help to narrow down the Table of Contents.

Today I tried to wrap up my Quality testing for the Overview Video with my target market sample viewers. I managed to get the students and teachers finished. However, I will have to finished up the senior citizen testing tomorrow since I have two tests scheduled.

Attended the Capstone Fair. I received good feedback from several Marlboro students and instructors.

Also met briefly with Jen to discuss what to address for my Capstone Defense in the weeks ahead. Jen advised me to spend this week wrapping up all documentation for my rubrics particularly the project management and marketing plan elements. Jen also advised me to cater the formality of my marketing plan more toward the needs of the museum and to use less of the sections used in the corporate cookie cutter marketing plan templates.

Jen also advised that after this week, I spend the next week planning my Capstone Presentation and Defense, and then spend the final week rehearsing for the actual presentation, which will go a loing way to alleviate the stress the day of the Capstone.
